About The Coffee:
A regional blend from families located in the volcanic soil areas in Brusellas.
Traditionally wet processed for 18-24 hours, this coffee produces a low to medium acidity with sweet yet earthy cacao nib and brown sugar sweetness. Its dry fruit sweetness is reminiscent of prunes and leaves a pleasant sweet aftertaste.
It is best rested for 7-10 days after the roast date, before use.
