Online orders may be modified within the customer portal or by emailing roastery@blackstarcoffee.com.au. In both instances, we recommend doing so within 24 hours of the original order being placed. Once the order is in production, we cannot make changes to it.

Confirmed Subscription orders are not eligible for modification, cancellation or refund.

If you need to cancel or modify an upcoming subscription order, please use the customer portal to complete all changes prior to the scheduled production date.

Merchandise and brewing gear orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase in unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and refund will be processed once gear has been received and deemed unused.

Please note that we don’t accept returns on roasted coffee.
