Shipping policy

**DOMESTIC**

All orders placed on business days before 12pm will be dispatched by the next business day**. 

We ship via standard parcels via couriers which means we can ship to your home, office. All orders sent via couriers should arrive within 2-5 working days depending on your location.

**Cold-Pressed orders may occasionally be delayed to prevent extra transit time as these are affected by temperature.

**FREE PICK UP**

Pick up is available from our

HOURS: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri > 8am-3:00pm.

We are able to leave your package outside for collection if you request us to do so.

• Cafe Blackstar Coffee at 44 Thomas St, West End, 4101
HOURS: Mon-Sun > 7:30am-2:30pm.
